Friendly reminder, please check the product label carefully before cleaning.

7. Why is my Curmark package smaller than advertised?

When you receive your Curmark pillow, the product is curled up in a vacuum-packed bag.

But don’t worry, we did this for environmental purposes and to make the packaging more compact for easy shipping.

Once you take it out of the package and wait at least 24 hours, it will return to its original shape!

8. How long does it take to get used to the Curmark pillow?

Curmark pillows take some time to get used to!

It may take about 8 weeks to adapt to your needs.

During this time, the memory foam cells in the Curmark pillow are opening up and adapting to your weight and temperature changes, and will provide you with a comfortable night’s sleep for years to come.

If you want to speed up the acclimation process, there are a few tricks you can try.

Gently pressing or even heating the Curmark pillow can be effective in speeding up the acclimation period.

9. What can I expect once I try Curmark for the first time and use it for a while?

When you first get your Curmark pillow, you may notice that it feels a little hard and cold.

10. Why does my Curmark have an odor?

When you open a Curmark pillow, you may smell a slight odor caused by a process called “venting,” which occurs when chemicals in the pillow break down and disperse into the air.

These chemicals, called volatile organic compounds (VOCs), are used to make the pillow flame retardant and to make the memory foam denser and stickier.

Make sure to dry your Curmark pillows in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours before bedtime to reduce the initial odor – don’t worry, it usually goes away within a few days! Regular airing out with a pillowcase will further reduce lingering odors.

11. How does temperature affect my Curmark pillow?

Temperature plays a big role in the firmness of your Curmark pillow because memory foam responds to heat and pressure!

When it’s cold, it feels firm, but when it gets warmer, it gets soft and comfy!

When it is cold, it feels hard and stiff, but when it gets warm, it becomes pliable and comfortable.
