Curmark.com operates Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (CST).

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed by 9:00 AM on Monday.

Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.

Return Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and there may be instances where you need to return an order. That’s why we have set up a 30 natural day return policy for your convenience.

30 natural Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return memory foam pillow products purchased from us within 30 natural days of receiving them for a refund, exchange, or store credit for future purchases under the following conditions:

(a) You received a memory foam pillow product with damaged or contaminated packaging.

(b) You received a memory foam pillow product that has defects or is faulty.

(c) You received the wrong memory foam pillow product.

(d) You have changed your mind and wish to return an unused or unopened memory foam pillow product.

We provide a 30 natural day return policy for memory foam pillow products purchased on Curmark.com. If you have purchased a product from a different seller, please refer to the return policy of the purchasing site as returns may be subject to the policies of the seller, which are beyond our control.

Refund Process

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Steps to return a product

Step 1 – Within 30 natural days of receiving the memory foam pillow product you ordered, please contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected]. Provide your name, email, and order number to the customer support and briefly explain the reason for your return.

Step 2 – Our customer support team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days and if your return request meets the conditions specified in our return policy and terms of service, our customer support team will provide you with a link to the return form. After providing all the necessary information, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Step 3 – Safely and securely repack the memory foam pillow product, attach the provided RMA form visibly on the package, and send the return product to the return address provided by the customer support team. We can only accept returns that have the RMA number attached and are shipped to the designated return address.

Non-defective memory foam pillow should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging in unused condition as received from the manufacturer. For defective memory foam pillow, please contact our customer center by emailing [email protected] before making the return.

Step 4 – Please provide the tracking number of the return package and the unique return link. Return shipping fees will not be refunded or compensated. Please use registered mail or another trackable shipping method and make sure to provide the tracking number, as returns without tracking numbers may be refused at the warehouse.

Step 5 – Once the returned memory foam pillow product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 11 natural days. The return shipping fee will not be reimbursed by us. It typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your bank, for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.
