In Case of Damage
If your Derila order is damaged during transit, we provide free replacement service. Contact our customer support team by emailing [email protected].
Please note that you must provide us with:
Photos of the damaged item.
Photos of the damaged packaging.
Damaged items must be returned to the return address provided by customer support.
Please note that failure to clear customs, refusal or non-collection of the order, or providing an incorrect address may result in the package being returned to us or being disposed of.
In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will be applied according to our standard return policy, and an additional $5 per batch will be deducted from the refund total.
